Zizza Insurance Agency is the oldest, family run insurance agency in Stoneham. It was founded in 1982 by Rocco L. Zizza and has continued to expand and thrive to this day.

Michael Zizza, CPCU, AAI

Michael Zizza entered insurance business in 1983 upon  graduating cum laude from UMASS/Amherst with a degree in Economics.

Currently he is the president of Zizza Insurance Agency, Inc., which specializes in automobile insurance, homeowner insurance, and insurance for small businesses.

Mr. Zizza attained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation (CPCU) in 1995.  CPCUs are insurance professionals that span the country as well as the industry, from independent agents and brokers to CEOs of major insurance companies, to actuaries, accountants, small business owners, underwriters, claims adjusters, lawyers, and others. To earn the designation, CPCUs must pass nine rigorous national exams administered by the AICPCU (American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters), the organization that confers the designation, and meet a related studies requirement. In addition, CPCUs must fulfill significant experience requirements, demonstrate ethical behavior, and make a Commitment to Professional Conduct.

Mr. Zizza has also attained the Accredited Adviser in Insurance designation (AAI) in 1997from the Insurance Institute of America.  The AAI provides insurance agents with skills that improve productivity and overall professionalism.
