Homeowner’s
Covers residence premises and personal actions of the insured for which he or she becomes legally liable, both on and off the premises.
Liability Protection
Who is insured? The insured and relatives residing together, no matter what age, and any person under 21 in the care of an insured.
Limited Coverage’s
All policy forms carry limited coverage on money, coins, precious metals, securities, manuscripts, boats and equipment. There are other kinds of property not covered in any of the policies, such as animals, aircraft, motorized vehicles, theft of watercraft or trailers off the premises, property of roomers and tenants.
Property Protection
Covers buildings and contents against fire and certain other perils. Theft, vandalism and glass breakage are included.
Your residence is covered on a replacement basis when insured for at least 80 percent of replacement value. Garages, sheds and other buildings not attached to your home are covered up to 10 percent of the dwelling insurance.
Personal property at your residence is covered up to 50 percent of the insurance on your home, with pro rata coverage for property at old and new locations while moving. Personal property away from home is insured anywhere, but in some circumstances, to limits less than property at home.
Additional living expenses are usually covered up to 20 percent of the dwelling insurance for living in a hotel or motel if your home is uninhabitable after an insured loss. The percentage varies according to the type of policy you have.

This “Special Form” broadens your dwelling coverage from a “named peril” to an “all risk” basis. This means all perils are covered except those that are specifically excluded in the policy provisions.
